Thousands of people from across Campania flock to walk the Via del Rosario together at sunset, arriving in Piana Romana at dusk, their steps illuminated by torchlight, symbolizing hope for a recovery.

The creator and promoter of the event is Dr. Carlo Iannace, Head of the Breast Unit at the San Giuseppe Moscati Hospital in Avellino, who has been involved in cancer prevention and solidarity initiatives for years.
