Pietrelcina is home to one of the most important jazz festivals in Southern Italy: Jazz Sotto le Stelle Pietrelcina Festival, founded in 2005. Over the years, the most prestigious names in Italian and international jazz have graced its stage: Stefano Bollani, Musica Nuda, Danilo Rea, Tuck & Patti, Fabrizio Bosso, and many others have filled the town with hundreds of enthusiasts and the curious in 20 editions.
